At The Pillows and More, each item is handcrafted with care and quality. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

❌ No Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Product?

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, we will replace it (no refund).

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must email us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • You must provide a 360° video of the parcel being opened, clearly showing the damage or error.

⏳ Delivery Delays

We dispatch orders as per our stated processing times. However, once shipped, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier or postal services.

There will be no refunds or returns due to late delivery.

Please make sure to order early to allow enough time for delivery, especially during holidays or peak seasons.
